Double Rainbow Energy can be attached to any pokemon. When attaching Double Rainbow Energy to one of your pokemon you must also remove a energy from one of your pokemon (doesn't have to be the same pokemon). Ignore the 10 damage reduction.

Dragons have x2 weakness to Dragons.
