Eevee's Prismatic Pride Cube (359 cards)
A cube that meshes the wonderful aspects of Eevee-lutions with the vibrance of a rainbow for Pride! 🌈✨
Cube Drafting and Set Up
Players will construct 60-card decks with six prize cards from the provided card pool. For groups of six or more players, decks can be reduced to 40 cards with four prize cards.
- All players will shuffle the Cube before being broken into packs.
- Drafting involves 24 packs of 15 cards, which are passed clockwise, then counterclockwise, alternating each round.
- Each player builds a 60-card deck using drafted cards.
- The Cube will provide basic energy cards, while only Special Energy cards need to be drafted.
- The Cube will provide each member with one Gladion card. This card is not required in the deck, but can be used.
- The Cube can provide up to 2 copies of Eevee (PRE 074) if needed
- The Cube can provide up to 2 copies of Buddy-Buddy Poffin (TEF 144) if needed
- The Cube can provide up to 2 copies of Great Ball (PAL 183) if needed
- The Cube can provide up to 1 copy of Energy Search (SV 172) if needed
- Games will be played in a round-robin format, with Bo1 matches determined by dice rolls (1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4, 5 vs. 6, etc.), and players will be assigned accordingly.
- Winners of matches are determined by:
- First player to take all prize cards
- An opponent is unable to draw cards at the start of their turn (deck out)
- An opponent has no Pokémon remaining in play, either in the active or on the bench
- Winners face each other, while losers compete against one another, and so on.
- The player with the best record is the winner.
Eevee Cube Deck Rules
Most cards in the Cube are one-offs, except for Pokémon or trainer cards that encourage diverse deck-building or align with the Cube's theme.
- All basic Eevee and Eevee-lutions are singletons in the cube card pool, except for:
- Vaporeon (MEW 134) x2
- Flareon (MEW 135) x2
- Jolteon (MEW 136) x2
- Espeon (PRE 033) x2
- Umbreon (PRE 59) x2
- Leafeon (PRE 005) x2
- Glaceon (PRE 025) x2
- Sylveon (PRE 040) x2
- Regardless of the name, players can include only four of the same Pokémon in their decks.
- Example: Vaporeon MEW134, Vaporeon V, Vaporeon ex, Vaporeon GX = 4 Vaporeon cards.
- Every Eevee-lution is classified as Stage 1, even if labeled basic on the card, and must evolve from a basic Eevee.
- VMax can only evolve from its corresponding V Pokémon, while VStar can evolve from any Eevee as a Stage 1.
- Only one Ace Spec per deck.
- Only one Radiant Pokémon per deck.
Errata
- EX, GX, V, VStar, and ex are all 2 prizes/rule box Pokémon. If a TTS card specifies any of these labels, it should be applied to all.
- All mention of Fairy-type or Fairy-energy should be replaced with Psychic-type or Psychic-energy.
- Computer Search is an Ace-Spec
