CUSTOM RULES

. A Pokemon can only have a max of 5 Energy attached to them at a time (Double Colorless Energy and Electrode count as 2)

. Each player adds 1 Professor Oak, 1 Computer Search, and 1 Double Colorless Energy to their collection of cards when building their deck

. Each player must have at least 8 basic pokemon in their deck

. If a player performs a mulligen during the start of the game, the other player does not draw any cards

. The player that goes first cannot attack on their first turn
