going first:

pecharunt donk or set up attacker in the active with power glass such as terapagos, cornerstone, walking wake... so on

going second:

use budew attack with perilous jungle poison to kill budew, putting you down a prize, then go into pecharunt for extra damage- going down a prize gives access to counter gain and counter catcher, both really useful

also going second you could pull of an ogerpon donk with ogre's mask and crispin
