This deck is basically a one turn win unlimited deck, and here's how it works: 

First, the most important cards, first ticket and sableye. Both of these cards are there to help you to try to go first. In the unlimited meta, most good decks can win first turn going first, so going first is needed. The whole idea is optimizing the number of basics so that sableye is your starter more, incase you lose the coinflip and don't have first ticket. This will matter about 45% of times, meaning you will go

This deck is basically a one turn win unlimited deck, and here's how it works: 

First, the most important cards, first ticket and sableye. Both of these cards are there to help you to try to go first. In the unlimited meta, most good decks can win first turn going first, so going first is needed. The whole idea is optimizing the number of basics so that sableye is your starter more, incase you lose the coinflip and don't have first ticket. This will matter about 45% of times, meaning you will go second 9% of games, where you lose coinflip, then start porygon, and have no first ticket. 

But now, how the deck works. The goal is to use trick shovel to deck your opponent out. This is how you win on your first turn, going first, without attacking. Trick shovel mills one card from your opponent, and if you do it enough, your opponent will deck out and lose. 

If you dont know, you can win without taking 6 prizes. These are called alteranative win conditions, and one of them is if you have no cards left in your deck when you draw a card at the start of your turn, you lose. 

But how will you use over 40 trick shovels in one turn? Well, the anwser is complicated. First, we need porygon, allowing us to use a supporter on our first turn, which will be lysander's trump card. This card is banned in expanded for being so OP, and it really is. With this, you can use scoop up net to reset porygon's ability, and then use broken time space to ignore evolution rules to evolve first turn. 

Then, you have many very fast cards to get through your deck SUPER fast, like erika and bill, which look like supporters, but aren't, as back then, only item cards exsisted.
