Eminginjo There is no specific deck that counters this, but there are many decks in format that can deal with it fine. Vulpix's ability only works if you hit the specific vulpix that used the attack, so if you play something to bring up a pokemon from your opponets bench to their active spot you can basically ignore the vulpix. You can do with with Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) , Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) , and even Escape Rope (Battle Styles) .

Aegislash doesn't counter because Alolan Vulpix's  attack says it isn't affected by any effects and Acreus VSTAR can still attach energy even if it doesn't do damage.

yeah but still, its attack does 120 damage, with weakness, its a knockout

also machamp can also knock out arceus vstar

But the attack also says prevent all damage done to this Pokemon by Pokemon with abilities. Aegislash has an ability. Edit: Unless it sets up faster, which is hard to happen when I have Arceus VSTAR.

If you talking about Alolan Vulpix VSTAR, doesn't Machamp have ability too?

Mr. MEw technically it isnt an ability as for example Miraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet) it has an official red thingy which says ability, for alolan vulpix, Its an effect

Eminginjo  Well that is kinda complicated, like you and MagikarpMax96 mentioned earlier it just depends on which one comes out first because that will determine whether or not vulpix for aegislash's effect comes into play first. But you can get around vulpix's effect, so if you make it so the opposing vulpix gets out of the active spot then you can attack anything you want. I think that is what you are asking.  

Also MagikarpMax96 Iron Bundle (Paradox Rift) does the exact same thing as Omastar V but on a pokemon with a good ability and only gives out one prize card.
