Overall pretty standard Gardy deck but the lost vacuum and pal pad are interesting. The vacuum is for things like path to the peak and box of disaster which showed up in the finals match against mew. The collapsed stadium is for taking away the lumineon or Greninja to be able to hit bigger with

The collapsed stadium is for taking away the lumineon or Greninja to be able to hit bigger with cresselia, or to remove a damaged gardi. Only 2 super rod is pretty low as well but with 2 of most attackers it makes sense. 3 rare candy is high too, but I think the idea behind that is that you would use mirage step to put kirlia into play and then rare candy the leftover ralts into gardevoir ex. Also it makes a turn 2 attack more likely.
