Nice! Surprisingly successful starting hands. I was thinking of putting this version of Kyogre in a deck I'm working on, but it fits meme ones better.
I'd suggest Hisuian Basculegion instead of Volcarona because you can use Irida if you want and don't need Fire Energy, but it can get discarded. Looks fun to try though!
