Cool deck, but it might be better with amazing rare yveltal instead of reshiram and raikou

Try using Archeops because lugias ability goes to waste when you could get tons of extra energy every turn

my guy, the owner of the deck is probably never going to see this, it was built for me because im trying to figure out how to force Ho-Oh and Lugia to work, and Im honestly starting to give up. I can tell you that this person knows how to play Lugia.

It still looks like the ability is going to waste tho... do you see something there I don't?

I think that the idea here is to discard Ho-Oh V and an Amazing Pokémon and hen use Ho-Oh V's Reviving Flame attack to get it out of the discard pile with energy, and then use Thorton to put it back into the discard in exchange for the Amazing who now has the energy. Lugia VSTAR is presumably used for consistency for damage (you can't always throw Amazing Pokémon and turn-ending things around) and also for getting Ho-Oh  out of discard if needed.

Ho-oh v has a rule box, so lugia can't retrieve it.  I Know how ho-oh decks work but you may as well include something that can work with the vstar power, like archeops so that you can straight up attach special energy from the deck to amazing rares instead of ending the turn if needed.
