Perhaps a Tera Lapras + 2 Crispin + Sparkling Crystal. Giovanni is not exactly a great supporter. But Crispin lets you take 1 energy and add 1 energy (before you add a manual energy for the turn.) Then Lapras digs through 20 energies. You can also replace 2 Hapu's with 2 more energy stickers
