I am back with another wacky deck that I thought of and tested in the pursuit of procrastination =) 
Flapple V makes your opponent's Active Pokémon need 2 more energy to attack for only 1 energy. This combined with Galar Mine, Crushing Hammers, and Orbeetle to spread damage/blow up Pokémon for attaching Energy is absolutely stupid. Some weaknesses are: awkward first hands, inconsistent energy draw, and a hard loss to Lost Box. Overall though, fun deck.
