Deck Primer

Literally! Garbage! Ha! Ha!

Like I said in my other Deck List, Garbo doing 200 with 1 energy as a single prizer is Pretty Poggers. Snorlax is there to make sure that's the case, since you'll always be discarding all 4 Leftovers. Optimally. The real gimmick, then, comes from fitting the rest of the deck with tools that synergize. The only thing I could think of, personally, that cares about having tools on the bench in a passive benefit kinda way is Brute Bonnet, with the Ancient Future Energy. Now,

Now, granted, we poison our own trash bag. However, that means we get to use Binding Mochi! It's kind of a fun gimmick as well, since you can either equip the Mochi and the Ancient Energy to get 50 extra repeatedly (40 from the mochi plus the 10 from poison- 30 if Perilous Jungle's out) or a flat 100 extra up front. Choices!

There's not any big tools coming out in the next few sets, so unless I missed something, I think this is the best it's gonna look for a while. The Lucky Helmets are a supprisingly compatent draw engine, and the Latias is kind of essential. I was running Rescue Boards originally to try and work out the retreat issue, but a discount of 1 with a Snorlax or a Bonnet in the active is REALLY neglegable. Might switch the Switch out for a Super Rod. Recursion's good, and decking out is kind of an option with all the card advantage, but you'd lose a lot more games having been booted from the pilot's seat after giving your opponent 4 free turns to set up.
