wierd accelgor deck i made up, prob not optimized but i think its kind of okay and i didn't want to use any rule box pokemon

v2- added in klara to get accelgor back more efficiently and replaced puzzle of time with ordinary rod

v3- made the deck more consistent with another float stone and some evolution incense and brigette
