Wow, an actually competitive-looking Expanded deck? This seems like it's worth the time of day to give criticism, so here I go:

- I'll start with the obvious. Pokémon Ranger is not worth using in today's meta, as ADP isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Other effects such as item locking isn't a huge seller either, since it's generally done in the form of abilities and not attacks.

- This deck plays too fast for a setup attacker! This deck isn't running Wally to attack on the first turn, and you accomplish on the second isn't crazy precise enough to warrant such a fast setup like Alolan Raichu. In fact, the way this deck operates, you want to give your opponent some time to set up and play down their big basics for you to KO. I'd suggest playing for consistency over speed.

- You're leaning too heavily into the 2-prize support cards. Crobat, Dede and Lele should be enough for most decks, as Squawkabilly is too fast, and Fez works best with single-prize engines. Teal Mask is also an odd inclusion, because while it draws you a couple extra cards, you don't have enough basic grass energy in the deck to really attack with it, and the similarly small supply only makes it harder to make the most of Exeggutor. The only other reason I could see it being used is as a way to E-Switch onto your attacker, but your deck isn't running any of those.
