Believe me, I've tried making Lugia-EX work, and there's almost no point in using it when Iron Hands exists, which can benefit from a lot more damage buffs like Iron Crown (which I still don't think works in Expanded) and Electropower. The only way I see Plasma Lugia working is in a Colourless Lugia VSTAR list where you spam Powerful Colourless Energy instead of easily pickable 2-prizers everywhere.

For the deck itself, the structure is also really weird. You have ADP with no way of using its full attack on the first turn going second, which is usually the only turn you can afford to use it. You also have WAY too much gusting effects. 2 Guzma plus your VS Seekers are usually enough, but 4 Boss, 1 Guzma, 4 VS Seeker, and Genesect-EX is FAR pushing it. Genesect is even more redundant knowing that your supply of Plasma Energy is SUPREMELY limited, and you have no way of recovering it once they're lost. And considering that you need to discard one for each Lugia swing you take combined with damage that won't be KO'ing much outside of support Pokémon, you'll run dry and crumble a lot more than you realize. Quaquaval is also probably the worst possible choice for Energy Acceleration, because a stage 2 is incredibly slow on its own, and you're only getting one additional attachment out of it when you need four to pull off an attack. If you try to Argue that Colress Machine exists, I have noticed that, but then it's playing back into your small supply of Plasma Energy. After you burn it all on one Lugia to attack with it quickly, your opponent will KO it in return, wasting all of your Energy again.

I implore you to, when making decks, thoroughly check all of the interactions the deck has with both itself, and it's potential opponents. It's a common pitfall that I myself have fallen for that you look at a card and think "hey cool! This can get me extra Prize Cards! I can stack this with ADP and get even more Prize Cards!" And then tunnel vision on the core strategy and none of the outside factors that prevent it from really working. Expanded is a DIFFICULT format to build decks for, so I don't blame you. However, a little extra thought can go a long way.

CountyGibbon798 Yeah I made this in a hurry. I wasn't really thinking. I WOULD use hands, don't get me wrong. It's just an "Expanded Fun" deck, not some competetive worlds champion. I will look into your suggestions though.
