Im so sorry but a little ADP devil visited me last night and told me to make this deck. Crispin (Stellar Crown) makes the T1 altered creation WAY too consistent. Once you've done that, the Hop's package absolutely steamrolls everything in the active spot. Metal saucer add even more early middle and late game support getting your pokemon powered up. Consistent, quick, and Annoying (for your opponent) gamplay is all you can expect from this deck.
