This list is inspired by testing I have done trying to bring back Arc Intel in more aggressive format with Kyurem, Zoroark and Giratina on the scene. With this deck, you can take V knockouts with Arceus and the combination of damage modifiers (Zigzagoon, Choice Belt) and VStar knockouts with Charizard. If you are ahead on prizes, you may only take one (or none) KOs with Charizard, but in games going second Arceus may only contribute the first KO followed up by two consecutive KOs from Charizard.

The most lovely thing this variant allows is attacking with both Inteleons in a pinch, and games where you take the last four prizes in one turn, avoiding the Roxanne turns altogether. I want to put in one more Capture energy but it is painful to cut anything in a deck this fragile - there are arguments for Cherens, Net, Incense and even a VStar. You could also cut a ball card for Heavy Ball - I think this deck is fine without it and it fails about 40% of the time (way too often) but it is very nice when it doesn't fail and is essential in games when Charizard is prized and you go second, however this happens <10% of the time.
