Get Abra benched with a stall Pokémon as Your active,(preferably Snorlax or Mimikyu with Bravery Charm attached.) Evolve Abra(s)(Wally is useful here), get more stall Pokémon ready, Attack with Dimensional Hand. If it seems worth it, you can sacrifice an Alakazam to use Its Mind Jack attack, but i would suggest to only do this in an Emergency, or if you have a backup Alakazam on your bench.

Tips: Always have a backup Alakazam on your Bench. I do not reccomend having Abra as an active pokemon, use literally ANYTHING but Abra. If Abra somehow gets into the active spot(escape rope, beggining of game, etc), GET IT OUT OF THERE! It has a measly 50hp and it is very easy for your opponent to take a Knockout.
