This deck uses the combined power of Alakazam ex to attack from the bench and many support 'mons such as snorlax and klefki so snag a control/stall deck win. For me, it needed some extra energy attachement and draw power, so this is why the unusal inclusion of Shadow rider and Rotom is used. Geeta, Rotom, and radiant Eternatus all end your turn (well Geeta basically ends your turn), but this is hardly a drawback with Snorlax, Klefki, or Mimikyu in the active. Other possibilities such as

Geeta, Rotom, and radiant Eternatus all end your turn (well Geeta basically ends your turn), but this is hardly a drawback with Snorlax, Klefki, or Mimikyu in the active. Other possibilities such as Duralodon Vmax instead of two Shadow riders or Mr. Mime were thought of, but two Shadow riders was more consistent and does not need to be in the active, and Mr. Mime was to energy exhausting and situational.
