Great deck! although you should probably add some cards to look through your prizes without having them be turn face up. Some items examples: -Alph Lithograph from Triumphant -Beast Ball from Celestial Storm -Hisuian Heavy Ball from Astral Radiance
Side note, since you only evolve one Pokémon, I don't think you need two TM: Evolution. Same way you don't need an Ultra Ball when you can use a Poke Pad or Luxury Ball. Since the Chanseys and the Jirachi need space on the bench to work you could also run Giovanni's exile to discard Pokémon from your bench and make some space. On the last last note, Adventure Bag searches for two tools, but the only tools you have are the TMs, wich I already expressed my feelings about, so I also believe it's a useless card.
