This deck definitely needs Counter Catcher and Canceling Cologne to deal with bench barriers, as they completely ruin this deck at this moment. I'd also replace the two Lure Balls to max out Rescue Stretcher, as the less RNG in a deck, the better on most occasions. Looks great either way!
this deck needs boss orders
Eminginjo I'D say Counter Catcher is better, because it's an item card that can be scooped up from Clay, and this deck runs on self-KO's. It really is just Boss as an item card in this deck!
CountyGibbon798 you need more prize cards for counter catcher to work
Hi guys. I've been testing it a lot and counter catcher would be a goo disruption card to play as Electrode GX kills itself. I have gotten an 11 game winning streek without a cancelling collogne, though. It seems like a good idea but I've never went against anyone in expended who ran a bench blocker! They will most likely only get one turn to play it a they will have been beaten on your second turn. Like I've said I've never run into this problem before. Feel free to a cancelling cologne if you run into a problem that would be fixed by adding it to the deck! I will be updating the deck soon after testing it some more. Thanks for your suggestions.
Eminginjo Don't worry, I'm aware of that. Electrode GX knocks itself out with its ability, making Counter Catcher active!
pekecardMal You can never be too careful! I'd suggest just having one, as that one card instantly wrecks your setup. Even if you never end up using it, you'll appreciate it when it does happen. I'm also speaking from the fact that when rotation happens, people tend to migrate to expanded to grind their previously-standard decks to fix them. So you may expect more standard-style decks with manaphy!
(Also, please tag my name with an @ when responding. That way it notifies me when you answer!)
CountyGibbon798, I will eventually update this deck after I've tested it enough. Have you checked out my Donphan Can't Die Deck? https://pokemoncard.io/deck/not-finished-donphan-can-t-die-80199
I would like some advice on this one as I don't have a ton of experience with expanded format. I think this deck could potentially be one of the funnest to play in the format. I think that it could use some work though.
