Deck Primer

You know, you hate it. The infamous deck is back, but improved. Unlike previous renditions, you have the flexiblity of evolving Ditto into Alolan Muk to prevent Manaphy / Mew's ability from losing you the game. Gengar Mimikyu with Unit Energy allows you to stall the game going second, preventing your opponent from evolving low HP basics while also providing the leeway for you to set up.

If you want you can just playSilent Lab (Primal Clash) to turn off manaphy, yiu don't have to worry about evolving

Marco_Ne Oh I should've made it clearer, the deck is meant for the expanded format on PTCGL (ie only cards from SUM onwards). I can't play Silent Lab or any cards from XY/BW for the matter, else I would have a really more enjoyable time in the game.

Ok, that makes sense. What's the u turn board for, why not just play air ballon?

Marco_Ne I guess U-turn board is just more versatile since it can be reused (I miss Float Stone). If I'm retreating with anything else I could still get energies into the discard pile which would then be utilised by Electrode GX. Of course, if you do prefer Air Balloon I do think it's a valid replacement.

I like this deck overall, but I play miraidon, squakabilly and crobat to help set up better, and scoop up net to take them off the field

This is basically exactly like previous builds of Raichu Electrode, unless they usually prefer the thicker Voltorb.

Again, I took my decklist from Facebook which Jun actually credited too.
