You should replace the voltorbfor the destiny burst voltorbfor and maybe replace 1 electrode for the draw mechanic electrode.

You should replace Rainbow Energy with Basic Lightning Energy and maybe replace some Speed Lightning Energy as well with Basic Lightning Energy to allow you to use the OP Electric Generator on Ampharos V. With Basic Energy, you could also run Volkner. 3 Cherish Ball feels like a lot, and if you run Volkner, it is. 2 Lure Ball also feels like a lot, but it is a good way to get Alolan Raichu by discarding it with Battle Compressor. You also don't have the most consistent setup when it comes to getting all of your Pokémon benched, so perhaps there are some consistency cards that could help (like Volkner). Also 2 Gladion is too much, 1 is enough, and 1 can be replaced with a Hisuian Heavy Ball if needed. If you really like 2 Gladion though, it isn't a big deal. The hammers also feel like filler cards because they don't really align with your main strategy. You should really put more useful cards in there (like Volkner and VS Seeker). 4 Ultra Ball feels like a lot, but you need the discard. I'd recommend Quick Ball instead of Nest Ball for the discard and the easy way to active Dedechange. You could also use Electromagnetic Radar in place of Cherish Ball, but that feels over the top. I'd also recommend adding another Voltorb, especially if you add the draw Electrode that Starmie23 mentioned, but don't take out Electrode-GX, as it's central to your strategy.

Overall, this is a really cool strategy that could be potent with a few tweaks!
