Deck Primer

This is an idea deck I am testing out to use Alolan Raticate to bring a pokemon down to 10 HP. Then if Rocky Helmet or Panic Mask is attached to the Raticate, the apponent will not be able to attack. Then once we have the majority of pokemon down to 10 HP, we use Mimikyu Vmax to place damage counters on each pokemon with 10 HP knocking multiple out.
