Probably my best build yet for a HP drain deck, this deck works similar with the Shedinja-Ditto build. Try and build up your army of rats and foxes and drop tech cards as soon as possible (such as Hisuian Braviary to finish off drained Pokemon - get those VMAXes asap, Mightyena (Anti-Mew/Shadow Riders), Flapple, Slowbro, etc). Radiant Venusaur works wonders at times when your hand gets too small, but it's always a good idea to add more draw engines, so get Bibarel if feel it's needed.
