Would Path to the Peak removing opponent's abilites mean that those Pokémon could damage Alolan Vulpix VSTAR? Or do they still have those abilities but with no effect. The card says "have no abilities" so I'd assume that they could damage Vulpix.
Yes they would be able to damage Vulpix this build isn't perfect by any means so I would appreciate any feedback on it. My main reason for having path is to brick someone like Lugia or Charizard. Although Charizard gets past it easier than Lugia with it's lower energy count.
