I had a wildin idea of making a Celebi VMAX deck and this is my idea.

Tank hit with Celebi VMAX, Celebi searches out necessary Pokemon to heal it off/get further into the game. Turo's Scenario to pick up the healers to reuse.

Simple gameplan that unfortunately gets blown out of the water by one shot decks.

Might just be too slow/not hard enough hitting for this format.

Probably needs Switch cards and/or Radiant Tsareena.

Relying on Turo every turn, or al least most turns, will hurt draw. Good ideas, but not much to keep it going. The cards didn't load in for me, but consider TM Evo+VIP+Arven.
