Great concept
Plasma Bissey has promise as a funny casual deck. I'd optimize it by replacing Glaceon with Latias ex as it's less limited, and try and dig through the deck more to find your Colress Machines. Looks fun!

Dipplenstorm More or less! I haven't found too many concepts to run with for Pokémon, but I still enjoy commenting here and there if there's a deck I feel that is fun/has the potential to work in casual environments at least.

I swapped out Glaceon for Latias and swapped the Eevee for 2 Battle Compressor. What other changes should I make? Also do you mind looking at my Holon Hurricane deck? It's a fun concept but it probably needs another eye to refine it.
I'm imagining that you want to have as explosive as a turn one as possible, so for that, you'll be looking at Dedenne-GX and Squawkabilly ex. I'll take a look at your other deck!

I swapped the Bibarrel line for 4 Dedenne GX. You got any advice on what trainer cards/energies I should be swapping out?
Trust me, you DO NOT want four of the Dede/Lele/Bat package. One is usually enough, and 2 is pushing it. Most of the time after their initial usage, they're bricks and/or a pain to start with. I'd look at LimitlessTCG and sort by their Expanded decks to see what the meta general looks like.

LimitlessTCG was pretty handy in helping me find a mini engine to pack in. I forgot how stupid Shaymin EX was and the 7ish DCEs give it a lot of ways for me to mess around with it. Zoroark is also a good way to get stuff into discard.
Remember: Shaymin EX is banned from the expanded format. Still a great deck
