Vikavolt is obsolete, Electrocharger is bad, 1 Rotom is plenty, and Nemona is a garbage card. If you are playing expanded there are actual good cards like Colress and VS Seeker. 2 Clemont is also a bit much. Speed Energy seems cool but you can't chain it with Magnetic Circuit. Nice concept though!
Tangent i just play with my friends on TTS so im not even playing against a meta or anything, any suggestions on who to add or anything?
If you are playing a kitchen table deck this deck looks pretty good, except you need another Magnemite and some Ultra Ball. Superior Energy Retrieval is better than Energy Recycler because of Magnezone. Clemont can be kept to a 1 of. If you have 4 Volkner, use them. Nemona is a pretty bad draw engine. Colress is better, but quite expensive. Cynthia is pretty decent in expanded, but just not Nemona. You have a lot of spare space when you drop Nemona, a Future Booster Energy Capsule (2 is plenty), and a Clemont. If you love Electrocharger, it is good, but I suggest using explosive cards like Peony with it if you are comfortable. Path is a bit of an issue for you. I'd suggest running Thunder Mountain Prism Star as an all around awesome card if you can, but if you can't, stormy mountains should be pretty good. You could also run Chaotic Swell. I'd also suggest a Miraidon ex to help get those basics out. I'd also run 2 Arven and a Forest Seal Stone for a VSTAR power and more search. Mostly just add some Ultra Ball and switch your draw engine away from Nemona.
