With Rare Candy you might as well run a Weedle. A copy of Gardenia's Vigor could be nice as well.
Tangent I want to increase my odds of starting Arceus. By inserting another non Arceus basic it decreases those odds by .208% and thats not a gamble I'd like to take. Neat idea tho

Iplaylostbox Single Strike Style Mustard is used to get Beedrill in play.
Tangent as far as I see it's pretty hard to get down to one card in hand and it has to be the single strike mustard
Iplaylostbox I wouldn't know as I haven't playtested, but you could try it out in PTCGL unrated. It is true that it would be hard, but Starbirth allows you to pretty effectively manipulate your hand. .2% or about 1/500 is not a very significant number. I'd still run a copy of Weedle depending on the consistency of Single Strike Mustard.
Tangent maybe skywovet/Altaria engine could work
