Why did you choose Rillaboom, it's a lot of setup, lot of ressource and for not much reward and 3 prize card..?
180 to the Active and 40 to 2 Bench are great numbers to hit. OHKOs Charizard and sets up future knockouts on weaker Pokémon and the ever-present 220 HP 2-Prizers. With Arceus hitting for the same 180 with DTE, it's fairly easy to knock out any of your opponent's Pokémon. Arceus V/VSTAR and Gardenia's makes the set-up way easier too.
