Buddy catch being able to grab boss orders means we don't need to run leafeon vstar or lumineon v to grab out supporters.

The deck engine is really good but I have honestly never played standard regidrago vstar so i'm not sure what dragon type pokemon to include as its attack choice, so i just picked the 5 most common.  no Dragonite stage 2 because the arceus vstar is charging regidrago energies instead.

you really want to start with Arceus v and vstar and start charging up benched regidrago v.'s  Vstar option with arceus vstar and regidrago vstar mean you have the choice to get cards you need from the deck or the discard pile that refinement kirlia have added to. 

Jacq sees some play in this decklist because you are running heaps of evolution pokemon, both ones with rule boxes and ones without. You will either be using jacq to grab out your dragon type pokemon before discarding them with refinement, or using professors research to dump your hand every turn as supporter choice.
