This is a friend's decklist, I only changed a few cards

I've been playing this online and it's really fun, its biggest issue is consistency

Open to suggestions, I kinda wanna play this at SLC Regionals, so I want it to be as good as it can

Update: I took 50th place at SLC Regionals, which is much better than I expected! The Mew matchup is rough, but doable. I have a pretty good matchup against Arceus decks and Gengar decks. Consistency was my biggest downfall.
