Deck Primer

This is a very early list for a concept of a renewed ArcIntel. The idea is to beat single prize decks with constant Cheren's Care loops, and be able to repeatedly Judge/Iono (or even Judge/path) and draw out with the Kirlia line. Gallade gives continous access to supporters while Kirlia draws cards and Arceus does its thing. This is a bit of a fishy strategy against Gardevoir, Chien Pao and Arceus Giratina if they can set up fast, thus I have the tech Vulpix line for 2/3 of those MUs. Even Mew can

Even Mew can be tricky since you have no real counter other than a lot of HP, and if you get judged into a bad hand you likely lose. But it is fun nonetheless and offers a lot of skillful plays to win.

Good matchups include: Lost Box, Gardevoir. Anything with a damage cap. Giratina is fine if you can stick Judge but still scary due to the deck's tempo and OHKO attack.

Scary MUs include: Lugia (unlimited damage cap), Miraidon (very high damage cap, non V attackers).

There is definite need for refinement with play. There might be a need for two Pal Pad. I am also very unsure about Radiant Gardevoir but it is an easy late game protection against Mew & Giratina. I like the idea of Rad Charizard plus one fire and a Luminous energy as the tanking strategy begins to become impossible. One heavy ball also seems wise, could probably swap a level ball for that. Also there is limited energy recovery, one option would be a copy of Klara. In general, draw 3 cards are actually fine in this type of deck because your draw power is so high once you get rolling so Avery, Worker, etc have possible applications. I can see Avery over Copycat because it hurts Garde, Comfey engines and Miraidon which is a scary MU. Also - Rare candy seems worth trying since if you have access to Gallade in hand, then Rare candy is an out to any supporter.
