Deck Goal: Deck is focused around setting up a Goodra Vstar by either using Arceus V/VSTAR or using Melony in some degree.  Once a Goodra VSTAR is set up and attacking it is taking 80 less damage from attacks (100 less with Lake Acuity) and you can heal it using its VSTAR power or by using Team Yell Towels at the correct time.  With proper setup Goodra VSTAR has an effective health pool of 350-370.

Strategy: Try to accelerate 3 energy onto a Goodra VSTAR using a combination of Arceus's Trinity Charge/Nova/Starbirth or Melony.  Once a Goodra VSTAR is in play and is fully setup, switch to attacking with it causing it to take 80 less damage every turn.  With Lake Acuity on the field Goodra VSTAR effectively takes 100 less every turn.  If you didnt use Starbirth to help setup you also have access to Moisture Star which allows Goodra VSTAR to heal to full HP whenever needed.  Team Yell Towels act as random burst healing and can be played at any time you are damaged on both Arceus and Goodra.  Lake Acuitys passive 20 damage reduction changes many meta relevant numbers to more favorable ones such as moving Arceus VSTARs base health to 300 and Goodra VSTARs to 290.

Strengths: Immune to nearly every single 1 shot in format.  Almost auto wins against single prize decks due to their below average damage output.  Goodra VSTAR has no type weakness.  Incredibly simple to play once set up.  Tool Jammer slows the opponent down in some matchups and makes choice band irrelevant while Big Parasol makes attacks such as Giratina VSTARs much less threatening.  With the reduced 80 damage Goodra VSTAR has an effective health pool of 350.  The opponent must deal at minimum of 220 every turn to even consider 2 shotting it.  It tends to not play many benched pokemon besides Arceus/Greninja which can help it in many matchups.  Radiant Greninja is constantly providing a draw effect every turn while setting up Melony plays.  In the case a Goodra cannot be setup or is knocked out early, Arceus VSTAR is an incredibly good backup attacker and can still utilize both Lake Acuity and Team Yell Towels.  Empoleon V can cause major disruption against many 1 prize decks in the format and allows the deck to beat Miltank and other similar attackers.

Weaknesses: Has issues with decks that can reach extreme damage numbers (350+). Decks that have effects that can bypass damage resistance or outright knock out pokemon without dealing damage are troublesome.  Decks that can reliably play both Escape Rope/Boss Orders/Cross Switch on the same turn can bypass the resistance and kill it if they can output 270 in one attack the same turn.

Deck is awesome. Extremely similar to what I ended up with after a few days testing.

I dropped empoleon for a cologne item, mostly for miltank.

14 cards dedicated to VIPs/quick balls/ultra balls/incense is overkill here. I'd swap some out for things like treking shoes, bosses orders, choice belt, or energy loto.

For me I like to go first, and frequently set up a turn 2 arceus KO on a V with =<210hp.
