Ok so this looks like a pile.

But it's actually good.

The idea is to use Arceus to accelerate energy to your Vmax Pokémon after putting them in play with Eternatus, and take big KO's with greedent and win fast. Inteleon vmax is to spread damage to the bench to set up greedent, pikachu can deal big damage and also spreads damage well to the bench. Blastoise is just another Vmax to grab with etern and can deal big damage as well as charge the bench in addition to arceus.

Supporter count is heavy because there isn't room for the bibarel/skwovet engine.

Trust me this is good, albeit memey.

This is good in all but I might remove 1 Arceus VSTAR and 2 Arceus V's, because do you really need all of those arceus? You could then remove some of the supporters and add the bibarel/skwovet engine you were talking about in the description.

Starmie23 thanks for the feedback, I think that I did have too much arceus v/vstar, so taking some out should make it more consistent, and I edited the supporter lineup to include more iono now that I play bibarel
