I think Raihan is a must-have in the deck. Also 4 stadiums is probably unnecessary given you can only realistically use Zard twice in a game. I'd swap a stadium for one more energy at a minimum, then it's up to you what you think is the ideal swap for Raihan. If you plan on only playing 1 water then I'd say Melony is a good cut but you could change the energy split to 3W, 3F and then I think Melony still makes sense. Maybe you cut a belt, charm or inteleon?
