Arceus/raikou. Quick counters

I'm not sure why you think Arceus VSTAR is overplayed. There is a lot of Mew, Lugia VSTAR, lost box, and Gardevoir ex being played much more than Arceus VSTAR at the moment. Perhaps your locals are different, but considering you went against Mew, Dialga VSTAR, and Gardevoir ex, I would say there is a lot of good decks out there that don't use him. That being said, I think it is a waste to use Arceus V on his own. You have decided to use a copy of forest seal stone, which is only half of the power of the VSTAR. I think you agree that the VSTAR would make your deck more consistent, although it is impressive to win against those decks without him. I think you should consider looking at limitlesstcg.com for the different ways people have used Arceus VSTAR lately. Did you know the last regional was won by an Arceus VSTAR/Giratina VSTAR deck? It utilized the bibarel and skwovet engine as well to draw.

There wasn't a lot of Arceus VSTAR/Duraludon VMax played in the top 100, but the ones that did play either went with Umbreon VMAX (Evolving Skies) or Alolan Vulpix VSTAR (Silver Tempest). Your deck is original and you should be proud of that. I think that going with one of these 3 options would simply optimize the archetype and give you a more consistent deck for more wins. 

I agree 100% with MindTrickNick and, in the interest of your own sustained success, hope they have convinced you that it's worth playing a copy or two of Arceus VSTAR (and cutting the Forest Seal Stone). Additionally, you might want to consider:

1. Removing one Duraludon V & VMAX. Aside from the fact it's highly a game situation would call for benching a 3rd, you only have enough energy to power up two at a time and the game will almost certainly be over before you're able to Energy Recycler discarded energy back into your deck and get said energy attached to your third Duralodon VMAX. If you're more worried about prizing a your Duralodon cards, you could always add a Hisuian Heavy Ball, ensuring you have access to both Vs.

2. Cut at least one or, ideally, two Energy Recyclers and leave out both Miriam. You're deck uses exclusively 2 and 3 prize Pokemon and you have multiple copies of each. (Miriam) Unless you're recklessly discarding your Pokemon when you play supporters, your opponent will have taken 6 prizes before you're likely to need any Pokemon rescued from the discard pile. (Recycler) None of your Pokémon have attacks or abilities that require discarding energy and you're not playing any supporters that would strip energy, like Cheryl, so other than rare cases where you hard retreat, once the energy is on loaded your Pokémon, it's there's until said Pokemon is KOed. You can maybe make a case for playing one Energy Recycler as insurance, but two is truly superfluous.

3. Swap out at least one Temple of Sinnoh for another stadium. Your deck is weak to Path, so there's no doubt you want to play a couple stadiums, but considering your deck plays 4 copies of Double Turbo Energy, you're going to want to have a counter stadium option that doesn't cripple your Arceus. Lost City is a great (and popular) choice for decks featuring mostly or exclusively high HP Pokemon Ike yours. It has the potential to be particularly useful against decks like Lost Box, Gardevoir ex, and Miraidon/Flaaffy (for the latter two, if you can flush 1-2 Zacian V/Raichu V, there's nothing else in the typical deck builds that can take a OHKO on your Duralodon VMAX).

If you make the cuts I suggest in 1 & 2, some solid additions include Adventurer's Discovery, Cheren's Care, and Roxanne.
