This is my take on an arceus rayquaza deck as they become more popular. Rayquaza will be your pokemon draw engine, and it can help you dins the pieces you need. The poppy is mostly to move the energy from arceus to your iron hands, but it will also work on your mew ex and radiant charizard. Instead of the delphox V, I'm using zeraora V to snipe because it can hit 160 to the bench and 100 to the active instead of 120-120, and doesn't lost zone energy. Skwovet helps if you have a good hand that you don't want to lose with rayquaza.
