This deck is stupid.

First of all, let's be real here. Pairing Arceus with a VMAX and using it to accelerate energy and for its ability actually makes the deck worse than if you didn't even have Arceus in the first place. I have an Ice Rider Calyrex deck with Arceus and I have to admit, I barely even use Calyrex in that deck. So what if we just use Arceus?

This is pretty straightforward. Use the Inteleon engine to find your trainers and deal more damage with quick shooting and use Arceus to

This is pretty straightforward. Use the Inteleon engine to find your trainers and deal more damage with quick shooting and use Arceus to attack. That's it. However, since we are running Pure Arceus there are some very cool gamer moves you can do.

The idea is to get at least 2 Arceus V in play ASAP. Then, you evolve one of them to the VSTAR and attach a Big Charm to try and avoid getting OHKO'd. You attack with Arceus VSTAR and accelerate energy to the benched Arceus. Your active Arceus will take massive damage. If it survives, simply use Cheren's care, move your benched Arceus to the active, evolve it, and then bench the other Arceus, attach Big Charm and energy, then rinse and repeat.

Manaphy is there in case some idiot is in denial that Rapid Strike Urshifu is now a garbage deck because of Manaphy. Dunsparce is for any rouge Lucario, Galarian Zapdos, or Single Strike Urshifu. Farfetched is to finish off a weak opponent and only give up one prize card while doing so.
