Standard Archaludon with Team Rocket's Venture Bomb deck

I would say Raging Bolt is the worst matchup and the issue with that is that there's two ways Raging Bolt is played.

Watchtower is for the Noctowl variant however given that just the straight normal Raging Bolt without noctowl won the Japan Championship. I'm feeling that Pokemon League Headquarters will be more relevant because that deck doesn't have Energy switch.

I would say Raging Bolt is the worst matchup and the issue with that is that there's two ways Raging Bolt is played.

Watchtower is for the Noctowl variant however given that just the straight normal Raging Bolt without noctowl won the Japan Championship. I'm feeling that Pokemon League Headquarters will be more relevant because that deck doesn't have Energy switch. 

To be honest I feel like 3 Pokemon League Headquarters would just be the way to go against Raging Bolt but also just 2 League HQs and 1 Watch Tower would also be okay as well.
