Overall, I think the idea will work well, but I'm not completely sold on that Raikou. I'm not sure what to switch it for but I feel like it's just going to be sitting there, especially since it only has one electric energy to work with.
I Didnt know what to add for the raikou either, it was between him and medicham v and i saw the use of fleet-flooded more then i did the yoga loop(4xtimes out of like 20ish games)
