This is a special condition single prize deck. Weepinbell is used to inflict burn and poison easily, and Scoop Up Net allows for multiple activations of the ability without needing to run too many copies of Bellsprout and Weepinbell. Ariados is the main attacker, which does 120 damage for a single energy after Weepinbell is activated. Hypnotoxic laser can be used to add Sleep as well, increasing the damage to 170. With Choice Belt, it can hit up to 200 damage (for a single energy!), and can take KOes on some Pokemon V like Genesect V and Lumineon V. This is why Boss's Orders fits well into the deck - you can use it to take quick prizes on your opponent's beched lower hp V. Echoing Horn can be used to put these KOed V back into play, and to get a second free KO. Radiant Hisuian Sneasler helps deal more damage with Poison. Every turn, if Hisuian Sneasler is on your bench, you can inflict 50 damage with Burn and Poison. This means your maximum damage increases to 250 in a turn, which can take out any V! Turfield Stadium, Nest Ball and Evolution Incense create a good Search Engine, ensuring that you can consistently hit for good damage. For the draw engine, we rely on Professor's Research and Marnie, arguably the best draw engine supporters.

Overall, this is a deck that is consistently able to deal massive damage while winning the prize trade, as it relies on single prize Pokemon.
