Deck Primer

An improved Academy Battle 2024 Armarouge deck. This deck still focus on having fun, but makes energy cycling more efficient.

The strategy is to :

- Search (Paldea students, Great ball), draw (Nemona + Nemona's backpack) and evolve the most powerful pokemon of this deck (Armarouge Ex, Entei, Skeledirge) and trigger damageful attacks.

- Use Armarouge's talent to keep your active Pokemon always full of energy

- Keep drawing a lot of cards to be equip energies almost each turn, keep pressure on the opponent

The strategy is to :

- Search (Paldea students, Great ball), draw (Nemona + Nemona's backpack) and evolve the most powerful pokemon of this deck (Armarouge Ex, Entei, Skeledirge) and trigger damageful attacks.

- Use Armarouge's talent to keep your active Pokemon always full of energy

- Keep drawing a lot of cards to be equip energies almost each turn, keep pressure on the opponent and manage your bench smartly (Professor search, Nemona, Nemona backpack)

- Use Professor Search aggressively and do not hesitate to discard energies, it will be useful in combination with Skeledirge.

Mistakes to avoid :

- KO on Entei/Torkoal when all energies attached

- Use Armarouge to put all energies to the active pokemon that will certainly be KO on the next turn

- Forget to equip energy (This deck can be slow and is strong in the middle/late game)
