Suggestions are welcome!

This is a gimmick. Period. Donphan tanks a hit, celebi or relicanth for 360 dmg, heal after your turn with emergency jelly for a clean combo!

The biggest problem with the deck is honestly acceleration. you need 2 energy to use Phanpy's attack and a fighting and a DCE for Donphan's worse attack. Second is consistency. As all gimmicks are, this deck is inconsistent, mostly because of my desperation to use an accelerator though.

Celebi and relicanth both have their advantages

Celebi and relicanth both have their advantages

Diancie for a boost to Donphan's attack (phanpy's is 360 no need for boost)

Pickaxe+Oranguru for acceleration. (dn why fighting is so hard to accelerate)

Mallow and Lana for pocket heal if Donphan stops working fsr.

Wally for the chance (low) to attack with Donphan's attack turn 1 (considering removing honestly)

Could use some work, especially in acceleration. Suggestions are much appreciated!

Have fun! 🥰

I would focus more heavily on Korrina and Arven and add Lana's Fishing Rod to chain Emergency Jelly (which perfectly fits the math). Adventure Bag as a one-of is also a consideration. I would drop the DCE completely. You also don't need damage modifiers like Diancie Prism Star when you're dealing 360 damage a turn without it, and Donphan's attack is just not worth using. I would also run 4 Buddy-Buddy Poffin, as it is good discard fodder in the late game, and allows for more consistently filling your bench with what you need. Yes Wally isn't helpful here. Energy Acceleration is a challenge, but you do a remarkably good job trying. I think you might have more flexibility if you use Ether instead of Gutsy Pickaxe, but without the draw insurance. Turbo Patch is also an option.

I really like Mallow and Lana for heal/switch when you can't get the energy you need. I understand Cynthia, as you need a draw engine, but you really should just use Korrina/Arven since the search is better. If you need more cards in your hand, Bicycle can help. I would consider bibs or another draw engine (if only fighting had something), since you have a hard time getting your pieces in the first 2 turns using Cynthia instead of Korrina.

Tangent Thanks for the advice! ❤️

- I originally had more Korrina and Arven, but I ended up bricking a lot due to there being no draw at all, resulting in an eventual inconsistency of cards in hand and natural slowness, but you did mention bicycle which does solve this issue. Now that I think of it, now I kinda have too less Korrina and Arven, so that still is a good suggestion.

- I originally though that too, that Donphan's attack is not worth using, but when testing, I found that it is stangely needed since opponents will find ways around Donphan or just attempt to stall, because Donphan has to be hurt to be able to deal any damage, so as long as they don't attack, you are resorted to Donphan's attack. However, removing DCE honestly is still a good suggestion bc if they were to stall, you wouldn't need to accelerate, so using 3 fighting energy to respond to stalling isn't a bad answer.

- You mentioning either made me remember that max elixir exists, and honestly wouldn't that be better bc even if oranguru is inconsistent it has a chance to accelerate anyways? idk I feel like it should be, but not too sure.

- I'll add more poffin, thx. The biggest problem with it is that Oranguru is crazy helpful and I really wanted to have it in play, but after testing honestly more poffin is a very valid assertion.

thx again! 🥰

I feel like this deck could use a stadium. Even if it's something like Chaotic Swell as filler, letting your opponent have free real estate outside of the one Field Blower could lead to losing a firm grip on games. Maybe something like Academy at Night can work as an alternative to Oranguru, as well as let you double dip with multiple pickaxes? In order to make the space, you can remove 2 DCE for reasons similar to that of Tangent. This deck isn't terrible by any stretch of the words, and this is me just digging quite hard to find something to say lol. Great job!

Thanks CountyGibbon798 ! ❤️

Ye ur right this deck could use one, imma add chaotic swell like you said. Personally I'm not a big fan of fighting the opponent for stadium control, because if they need their stadium, then they're gonna have 3 or 4, making your academy at night kinda useless bc it most likely will be a 1 of and bumped out within the next turn. swell will make you a nuisance for a while and prevent them from having "free real estate" lmao

thanks for the compliment too! 🥰

Glad I could help! I also had to make a real estate joke there.
