Highly inspired by Slap's decklist shown in Azul's video about this deck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6PHgiuBPyo

I replaced the Blissey + Archaludon setup with Energy Switch + 3 Switch + Prime Catcher. Also took out Hyper Aroma since there isn't really much of a Stage 1 presence in this list outside of Noctowl. We run Noctowl to help with consistency since the deck has the 2 Terapagos. Idea is to accelerate Terapagos / Hoothoot / Noctowl with Glass Trumpet, use Energy Switch to move the Water

Idea is to accelerate Terapagos / Hoothoot / Noctowl with Glass Trumpet, use Energy Switch to move the Water or Darkness energy onto our Munkidori / Articuno to setup faster.

This deck runs a little nicer since we don't run as many dead pieces and don't try to focus on countering. Without Milotic, the deck is vulnerable to Professor Turo / Penny, so that is worth keeping an eye out for. I'd say if you really want the Milotic for countering those, just take out 1/1 of Hoothoot/Noctowl for Feebas/Milotic. I think it's not necessary enough to run cards like that for what is generally a 1-of in people's decks, since this deck doesn't have much trouble playing from behind.

Some thoughts may be more gust. I like the Prime Catcher + Counter Catcher, but being forced to deal with a low HP mon in the active can suck. You want to lock something with a lot of HP in the active and KO it on your turn with Munkidori ideally, but low HP mons can make that impossible. Terapagos is the ideal attacker for those scenarios.
