You have no Pokémon tool cards, so you might as well run Skyla instead of Arven. You could also add Spell Tag and Future Booster Energy Capsule. You should also run Mysterious Treasure instead of Ultra Ball.
Ultra Ball can get Luminion V, which vastly improves your chances of getting the Turn 2 Arven because your options for getting there more than double.
IMakeGoodDecks Following what Starmie23 said, you definitely should replace Ultra Ball with Mysterious Treasure, as Ultra Ball only makes an exceptiom for one of the 14 Pokemon in this deck, and it costs an extra discard. Even then, this issue can be resolved easily, as you can replace Lumineon V with Tapu Lele GX. It has an identical ability, HP, and retreat cost to Lumineon, but it's a psychic type, meaning that you can grab it with Mysterious Treasure. And again, Arven is just straight-up worse than Skyla here, as you're not running any tools to get with Arven, so it's effectively a supporter than only searches for an item card, while Skyla can get any trainer card. I think I'll make an improved version of this deck, crediting you while I'm at it. I like the idea, but the execution needs a bit of work.
