Its great against lugia, but against everything else its pretty mid. having an attack dependent on your opponents actions is pretty frustrating in some matchups like Chien-Pao which always discards its energies well before your turn starts. so you have to play it more slowly and more control focused (This will also mean going into time more often, so be ready for that). With Relicanth, you can use magneton's junk magnet which lets you get back useful items super rod, pal pad, lost vacuum and counter catcher without playing multiples. Decent deck for casual play, though i would not recommend for beginners.
