Load up Radiant Steelix with Squawkabilly ex's Motivate attack and do a bunch of damage with Radiant Steelix, then shuffle energies back into the deck with hisuian Basculegion. You can then swing with kyogre once the deck is fully energy.

Jakeyt513 has great advice. In addition I would STRONGLY recommend you play Kyogre (Celebrations), so that you have a backup attacker for after R. Steelix dies. The deck would be pure energy at that point so you'd do 400 damage with Kyogre, this could work really well. Oh also add some water energy I guess then

Sry no it would do 250 to 2 of your opponent's benched Pokémon, which is kind of even better, if you wanted straight-out damage you could always do Groudon (Celebrations) too!

How do you switch between Basulegion and Steelix every turn?
You need to switch in order to transfer the energy back and forth from your deck to discard pile.
