Deck Primer

My tactic is to try and go first, get a Fluttermane or Natu in the active and then bench as many Natus, one Marill and one Mewtwo as soon as possible. (If you only have a Marill in your starting hand, either use an energy to retreat or get a second Marill on the bench during your first turn - Otherwise you run a high risk of not being able to set up in time!!)
Then I can decide early whether I want to attack with Marill (preferred if the opponents active Pokémon is a two-prizer) or with Mewtwo

Don't forget to always have a Marill ready on the bench when your Azumarill is in the active, so you can re-evolve it and attack again as soon as it dies.

Hi, I would like to play mewtwo, wondering what about adding a boss orders or maybe more counter catcher?
Personally this deck flys

alexhm im gonna update the list in a second with my current setup. feel free to play around with it too and see which card you'd replace with a boss or second catcher :D

@maksi Thanks! This is a great deck, very fun to play! I personally replaced a few things and added a stadium, so in some cases we can expand our bench and attach many energy's all around the table so Mewtwo can attack with 320 without working to lose that amour with a sniper or something, just spreading our the energys, also I added 2 boss orders and experimenting if I can add a noctowl to use it's ability to retrieve what you need, I do not have the ace spec so I added those 2 supporters that increase the damage in 40 for ex Pokémon

alexhm great!! im glad you like my deck, im really proud of it cause i came up with it all on my own with that azumarill. so this means a lot!! would you be willing to upload or reply with your deck list so i can take a look and experiment?

I was looking for a budget mewtwo ex deck since I recently traded some cards for 3 of them physically so I am building this deck IRL to use it on my local leagues, for sure here is my current list that I have been using, as I mentioned I do not have that ace spec, maybe adding Pokégear 3.0 (Scarlet & Violet) would help to find those Black Belt's Training (Prismatic Evolutions) ? but pretty sure with Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking (Temporal Forces) you can put it in your hand using Xatus ability.
